Property on the ground floor, with window in the kitchen and bedroom. Parking paid separately. Data required from all guests: ID, CPF and home address.

Property with excellent location and the best value for money in the city. We do not offer meals. We do not provide bed linen, towels or personal hygiene products. On site, we rent bed and bath linen.

Check-in from 2pm and ends at 10pm. If the apartment is cleaned earlier, there is no problem entering before this time. If you want to arrive earlier and enter the property, you must rent the night for the previous day, also subject to availability.

Check-out until 11 am. If you want to leave later, you will need to book an additional night, subject to availability.
